Your recovery journey is deeply personal, and our first session is all about getting to know you, your story, and your goals. We’ll explore your relationship with food, body image, and movement, as well as any successes or challenges you’ve faced along the way. We’ll also discuss what you’re hoping to gain from recovery coaching and how I can best support you. As someone with lived experience of an eating disorder, I understand the complexities of recovery. We’ll work together to set goals and develop a recovery plan that aligns with your values, needs, and pace.
One-on-one appointments

In one-on-one sessions we have the opportunity to debrief and plan your recovery journey—celebrating successes, working through challenges, and preparing for the road ahead. Whether you need validation, guidance, or strategies to tackle specific struggles, these sessions provide a safe space to talk openly and receive support. You’ll have the opportunity to process emotions, receive encouragement, and walk away with a clear and compassionate plan to keep moving forward in your recovery.
Supportive meal therapy
$89 - 60 minutes
Telehealth
During meal support sessions, we will eat together in a safe and supportive space. If anxiety or distress arises, I will help you regulate, offering reassurance and grounding techniques to get through the moment. As we eat, we can talk about anything that’s coming up for you—whether that’s fears around food, body image distress, or unrelated thoughts that are occupying your mind. If I notice unhelpful behaviors, I will gently bring awareness to them so we can work on them together in the future.
