I believe that quality support should be accessible, which is why I’ve worked hard to keep my rates as low as possible while maintaining the highest standard of care. My pricing is fully transparent—no hidden fees or surprises—so you always know what to expect. A standard session costs less than the typical out-of-pocket gap for a psychology session, making professional support more affordable without compromising on quality.

Initial session

$149 - 90 minutes

Telehealth

Your recovery journey is deeply personal, and our first session is all about getting to know you, your story, and your goals. We’ll explore your relationship with food, body image, and movement, as well as any successes or challenges you’ve faced along the way. We’ll also discuss what you’re hoping to gain from recovery coaching and how I can best support you. As someone with lived experience of an eating disorder, I understand the complexities of recovery. We’ll work together to set goals and develop a recovery plan that aligns with your values, needs, and pace.

Whether you need validation, guidance, or strategies to tackle specific struggles, these sessions provide a safe space to talk openly and receive support. You’ll have the opportunity to process emotions, receive encouragement, and walk away with a clear and compassionate plan to keep moving forward in your recovery.

Supportive meal therapy

$89 - 60 minutes

Telehealth

During meal support sessions, we will eat together in a safe and supportive space. If anxiety or distress arises, I will help you regulate, offering reassurance and grounding techniques to get through the moment. As we eat, we can talk about anything that’s coming up for you—whether that’s fears around food, body image distress, or unrelated thoughts that are occupying your mind. If I notice unhelpful behaviors, I will gently bring awareness to them so we can work on them together in the future.

Clothes shopping exposure

$149 - up to 90 minutes

In person - SUNSHINE COAST ONLY

In this session, we will go clothes shopping together, facing the experience with planned strategies and real-time support. As you try on clothes, I will be there to help you navigate difficult emotions, body image thoughts, or any urges to engage in unhelpful behaviors. We will take breaks as needed, practice grounding techniques, and focus on making the experience as manageable as possible. We’ll prepare for this session in a one-on-one session beforehand, establishing a goal for the trip, identifying potential challenges, and creating regulation strategies to use in the moment. The aim isn’t just to buy clothes, it’s to reclaim this experience in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Grocery shopping exposure

$149 - 60 minutes

In person - SUNSHINE COAST ONLY

Together, we will walk through the grocery store as you navigate selecting food for yourself. If anxiety arises, I will be there to offer real-time support, helping you manage distress and work through decision-making challenges. We’ll use grounding techniques and regulation strategies to keep the experience from feeling overwhelming, ensuring you feel more in control by the time we leave. Whether it’s choosing new foods, sticking to a meal plan, or simply getting through the store without avoidance, you won’t be doing it alone. We’ll plan our trip beforehand in a one-on-one session, building a grocery list, identifying potential challenges, and choosing strategies to make the experience more manageable.

Social eating exposure

$149 - up to 90 minutes

In person - SUNSHINE COAST ONLY

In this session, we will visit a café or restaurant together, where I will support you in navigating the challenges of eating food prepared by someone else. From scanning the menu to making a choice, I will help you manage decision paralysis, reduce overwhelm, and work through any fears that come up. Once the meal arrives, I will provide meal support, helping you stay present, regulate emotions, and manage distress if needed. Beyond the food itself, we will also explore the social aspects of eating—practicing conversation, handling any discomfort around eating in front of others, and working toward making social meals feel more natural and enjoyable over time.

Mindful movement sessions

$149 - 60 minutes

In person - SUNSHINE COAST ONLY

In this session, we will engage in movement together in a way that feels safe and supportive for your recovery. Whether it’s a gentle walk or another form of mindful movement, I will be there to help you tune into your body’s signals, ensuring that pace, duration, and intensity remain balanced. Throughout the session, we’ll check in on how movement feels both physically and emotionally—challenging unhelpful thoughts, addressing any discomfort that arises, and working toward a healthier, more intuitive relationship with exercise. This isn’t about pushing limits; it’s about finding movement that supports your well-being, free from guilt or compulsion.
